Based on an intense breath workout that allows to release emotions, practice yoga is also a way to get a better postures and find back relaxation and flexibility to reach psychological and physical harmony. The yoga lessons are inspired by the two most instinctive and accessible exercices and do not require specifics knowledges or  endurance:  the Hatha Yoga and the Yoga Nidra.
